Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to offer flexibility wherever possible. This policy outlines our cancellation terms and refund procedures for bookings made with Sunkiss Caribbean Bookings LLC.

01 Cancellation Timeline & Refunds

  • For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival, a full refund of your deposit will be provided.
  • For cancellations made between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund of your deposit will be issued.
  • For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, deposits are non-refundable.

Refund eligibility is based on the date cancellation is received in writing.

02 Processing Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for your booking.
  • Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to james@sunkisscaribbean.com.

03 No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation within 7 days of arrival, and your deposit will be non-refundable.
  • We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if your plans change to discuss your options.

We always recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen changes to your plans.
