Booking Terms & Conditions | Sunkiss Caribbean

These Booking Terms & Conditions outline the key requirements and commitments for reserving one of our luxury villas in Barbados. By completing a booking with Sunkiss Caribbean Bookings LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

01 Deposit & Payment Schedule

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to check-in.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe and are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

02 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit will be held at check-out.
The security deposit will be released within 5 business days, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the villa and no reported damages.
Deductions will be made for any damages beyond normal wear and tear, deep cleaning requirements, or missing items.
